| Our maintenance engineer
inspects the property on a regular basis, checking the irrigation
system, exterior lighting, the condition of the parking lot, and
the building exterior. Our maintenance engineer performs repairs
as needed and responds to all tenant maintenance requests and is
also available to respond to after-hour building emergencies. |
